Hello, I am Fan24 and this is the FanZone.

There has been much great racing since our last issue and we are going to cover these past ten races with some recaps of winners. We start out at the KRC Summer National Cup which took place at Rome reverse. The winner after some close racing was KevinC95 with his second win of the season. Next we go to the KRC Cape Ring North Cup which had some of the best racing we have seen in a long time. Two drivers seemed like they would run away with the race and they were A-Badman386 and puptronic seemed like the two to beat when with in the closing laps puptronic had trouble and disconnected. A-Badman386 won the race in the end with a decent lead.

We now go to the Suzuka Cup, which had some nice close racing. When it came down to the end though, Panther Racing Team was on top of their game and took the first two spots with Fan24 in first and KartRacer69 in second. This gave Fan24 his second win of the season. Jonny-Nos- had a nice save finishing in third after while leading, got sideways and into the grass off of turn two and showed some incredible skill by driving his kart back onto the track after running into the grass and stayed with the pack. Two drivers, however, looked like they would have a great run when off the last turn General_JED looking for a top five finish was knocked off the track and into the grass. DL1269 had trouble also on the last lap and was knocked into the pits.

We then came up to the KRC Cote d’Azur Cup. This race saw many people in the lead through out the race. Ultimately it would be Jonny-Nos- to return to the top spot to claim his fourth win of the season. Puptronic finished second with a career best at the time.

Next was the KRC Memorial Cup which took place at Clubman Stage Route 5. It was a great race with action all through out. Zhavior_ and Jonny-Nos- lead the race for the most part and then problems struck the two drivers from Team Syclone. Starting the last lap Jonny-Nos ran out of fuel and coasted around the track. Zhavior_ could only hope that he would make it to the end but coming off the last turn he also ran out of fuel. The winner ended up being Th_Nephilim. Drivers Fan24 and General_JED found themselves in trouble within the last five laps. The two would come back to get top ten finishes. This would end the third leg and bring us up to the Leg 3 Match Races. These are similar to the Midway Races. The only difference was the track they where held on. Puptronic in the end would win. He was the underdog having lost one race in the tournament. Second was Jonny-Nos- and third was Fan24.

Starting leg 4 would bring all drives into the realization that the season’s end would soon be upon them. Many drivers have stepped their games up in hopes of possibly attaining the KRC Championship trophy. The first race in leg 4 was the KRC Periphery Cup at Cape Ring Periphery. The track was tamed by a driver who would get his first win in the KRC and it was none other than o519_Pinoy. The next race was the KRC Fall National Cup at Madrid Mini. One driver who was looking to sweep the National Cup races was KevinC95. He was up in the front most of the race until he was in a wreck and teamed up with A-Badman386 and they tried to get back to the front. The driver to lead the most laps in the race was Fan24. He was involved in a single car wreck on lap 18. He teamed up with KevinC95 and A-Badman386 and the group worked their way back up to the main pack. On the final lap Fan24, off the last corner, would pass General_JED and DL1269 and take the win getting his third career win. KevinC95 would turn out to finish in sixth place.

The most recent race that took place was the KRC Euro Cup at Eiger Norwand short track. Many drivers were confident with their setups and nobody was more confident in their setup more than rac3rx-886. He qualified on the pole and had an impeccable race. Rac3rx-886 would be involved in an incident and make his way back up to the front and leave second place Fan24 in the dust wondering where he had gone. The winner was rac3rx-886 getting his first career win and get this, it was his first start in the KRC. Notables were Fan24 and General_JED who for the second week in a row were on the podium.

Finally we have just come off the Grand Valley Open Cup. It was a 20 laps at Grand Valley East. Many where hopeful. In the end though General_JED would be the winner making the pass right before the line. This will give him his first KRC win ever. This marks the third week in a row General_JED has been on the podium. A-Badman386 finished second with KartRacer69 finishing third. Fan24 qualified in second but disconnected just moments before the race would start and not be able to make it back in time.

We now will be going to the VSC Open Cup at Cape Ring South and it will be the last official cup race of the season.

I'm Fan24, stay tuned for the next FanZone with the latest race and circuit recaps.

Good luck out there and good racing!
