VBA Live Captains Agreement

As a VBA Captain you must agree to manage your team according to VBA Rules and Regulations. (Please Read Rules)

All VBA Captains must:
Keep rosters current by submitting updates for all Player ADDs and DROPs.
Check website and email regularly and respond to all commissioner emails.
Have team on and ready to play on designated league nights and on time.

Note: For the TIN Number put a 6 digit NUMBER only. 
Not 123456 or 111111, a random mix of numbers that you need to write down
