VBA 2K Team Up League

Want to know where you rank among the best online TEAM UP players? Anyone can get a HOF banner. VBA is the only team up league that uses its own mathematical rating system to not only measure your individual performance, but your value to your team.
With the UR (Utility Rating (Dirty work)), SI (Scoring Index), PC (Positive Contribution Rating) and NC (Negative Contribution Rating) that all add up to your OPR (Overall Player Rating), you can see exactly where you stand up to the top players in the league. Unlike the HOF banner in-game, these ratings are dynamic and reflect your current level of play, so they will go up and down with how you perform. All aspects of your game are combined into your Overall Player Rating.

The Virtual Basketball Association, the ORIGINAL and very first team up/team play online basketball league is back! And better than ever. With the NBA 2K12 servers holding fairly stable, the time has come to take team up and your game to the next level.

We will be holding a Team Up Preseason Round Robin Tournament as soon as all 12 teams are filled, so please tell your friends to get registered. The $600 Total Cash Pot Regular Season will start 2 week after completion of the Preseason Tourney. Along with the $500 for the winning team of the season playoffs, there will also be a $100 bonus drawing with every player that participates in the entire season getting one entry per every game your team wins. So this season, every game truly counts.

The VBA is now accepting Team Captains. Please contact Jackmouve to claim one of the 7 (of 12) remaining teams available. If there is enough participation, we will have an expansion of 4 new teams next season, but you need to get involved with the league now. Captains are the most important part of any successful league, so be sure that you accept the responsibility of making sure your team is on the court when they should be. If we get great captains, it's makes the job of every captain very easy. Register as a captain and have your players register as free agents.

The league needs more Center and Power Forward free agents. If you are a good big man, you could be a first round draft pick. But keep in mind that, for the purposes of stat tracking you need to pick a position and stay with it. Remember, in team play, you play a POSITION, not a player.
